I’m thinking of replacing the windshield cleaner sprayers on my car with flamethrowers. Seems safe enough.
Before anyone complains, my girlfriend approved of and partially came up with this idea. Perhaps in the future Ravy will have some more Radvice for all of you.
I’ve checked with a team of trained overallogists, and that is the most incorrect way to wear a pair of overalls known to mankind. Anyone thinks they can do better, take a picture and send it to me. I’ll post it and you’ll live in infamy. Forever.
Somewhere in all of this is a really clever analogy about whitewashing history and whitewashing Aunt Polly’s fence. Were I only smart enough to know what it was.
This issue seems to come up every few years with Huck Finn. I truly don’t understand it. I get that it’s an offensive word. A word that shouldn’t be thrown around lightly. But it’s Mark Twain.
Even if you think the book’s anti-racism message doesn’t excuse Jim’s minstrel showyness, it’s still a book worth reading for precisely that reason. Talk about why the word was used then and why it shouldn’t be used now. Hiding the problems of the past makes them harder to learn from.

Ravy’s not a bad guy… he’s just crazy. For example, the gun isn’t loaded with real bullets. It’s full of jelly beans. And a 1968 Dodge Dart. I’ll stop now.
Bunny and Ravy are back! Or should it be Bunny and Ravy is back? By my count this is something like the third or fourth incarnation of the strip. Seems like every few years I have to blow it up and start again to keep things good, fresh, or legally under my possession (More on this on the about page.) I’m shooting for the Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule again, so we’re all gonna hope for the best with that. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys this new direction.
